How do I log in to the Investor Education Conference?

You will log in to the virtual conference using the email address and password you created during the registration process.

When I am in the virtual conference, where do I find help?

You can access support within the virtual conference one hour before the start of the event and up until 30 minutes after the last session by clicking on the Live Support box at the bottom of your screen.

Where do I find the sessions I want to attend?

Log in and click on the Session page to see a full list of the sessions for the day. You can use the search bar or scroll down to find the sessions you want to attend. If you'd like to add sessions to your personal calendar, simply press the Add to Calendar button.


How can I become more comfortable with virtual conference features before the event?

Log in to the virtual conference, and explore the various features of the site. The Session page is where you can see a full list of the available sessions. You can also view information from our sponsors on their dedicated Sponsor Showcase page.

Please note: Sessions will only be live the day of the event, Saturday, November 7, 2020.


How can I prepare my technology to participate in the virtual conference?

Before attending, check your system's compatibility by clicking on the System Checker tab on the event page. This will tell you if any updates are needed and prompt you to do them before the live event.

For the best experience, we highly recommend using a laptop or desktop computer. However, the event livestream can be accessed by most mobile devices and tablets. Be sure to connect your device to a strong Wi‑Fi signal. If you experience any delays, try refreshing your browser.


How can I personalize my profile?

Click on Profile at the bottom of the livestream page. Here, you'll be able to upload a profile picture and write a bio with as much or as little information about yourself as you wish.

How do I launch my conference sessions?

To access your live sessions, log in to the virtual conference using the username and password created during registration, and click to the Sessions page. From here, you can use the search bar or scroll down to find the sessions you wish to attend. Press Attend Session to launch the session up to 15 minutes before the start time.


How do I find resource support documents for my breakout sessions?

Reference documents provided by speakers are accessible before, during, and after the session. To access all currently available conference materials, click the Resources page. Check back frequently for updated materials.


When can I join an online session?

Each session opens 15 minutes prior to the start time.


What features are available while I'm watching a live session?

While watching or listening, you can easily access these features:

  • 1. Session details: Review session description and speaker biographies.
  • 2. Q&A: Ask questions to the experts in real time.
  • 3. Resources: Download presentation materials.
  • 4. Session notes: Easily jot down key takeaways from the session you are viewing and receive them automatically via email once the session ends.
  • 5. Closed captioning.
  • 6. Live support: Our staff is always there to help if you run into any issues with your online experience.

Where can I find recordings after the event?

Recordings will be posted approximately four weeks after the event concludes on the Investor Education Conference site.

How do I ask a question to the speaker in a live session?

During the live session, use the Speaker Questions box to ask a session‑related question to your presenter and the TD Ameritrade team. Please note that due to time constraints, not all questions can be answered.


Where can I find sponsors?

Sponsor information can be found by clicking on the Sponsor Showcase page.


How can I share my feedback?

Evaluations will be open at the end of each session for completion in real time or after the event. To access them, go to the event page and click the Evaluations page.
